It's all a handmade apron. Drawing, cutting, sewing is manual work.

All items have leather scars, scratches and physical imperfections that are usually found in natural leathers. I treat it as a natural thing since all leathers came from simple animals and should not be considered a defect. The materials used are brown leather in bull relief and black waxed leather. All leathers are industry releases, development prototypes, or remnants of orders and therefore its destiny was to be thrown away like garbage sooner or later. Mainly destination for shoe manufacturer companies, the leathers I use are mostly chrome tanned, but in some cases also use tanning veg. The Portuguese has a large tanning industry and these kind of leathers are easy to find, so I try to reuse this material.

Also, I'm a tanner so all the leathers I use were made in my tannery and all have a history. I am able to remember how, when and the purpose of its development.

By making these items, I jump to recycle some of what I and the rest of the world rejects as waste. This item is made of leather.
